Children learn about the world around them through their relationship with their parents. Children also learn about food choices and habits  by mimicking their parents.  If we make unhealthy food choices, stock our pantries with unhealthy alternatives and choose unhealty food sources, our children are likely to follow.

It is important to note that the brains of our children are directly impacted by our lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition choices.  Learning, behavior, performance, weight and overall health many times can be positively impacted through changes in lifestyle, excercise, attitude and nutrition.  

 

Working together, through a hands-on workshop, individual consultation or group lecture, we can develop a clear understanding of a scientifically proven, clinically based solution that makes positive contributions to the lives of our children and family and improve the health of all.  The commitment to our family and children's overall health is important. We can support the health of our children by continuing to be positive role-models for them.
