Understanding what is central to you regarding your health and wellness is significant. The flow of Health Coaching has been described as a slow dance between two people not a boxing match. During this 30 minutes, we will begin to discuss some of your health and wellness concerns and determine if any of my programs would be beneficial. As we determine a clear vision on what is important to you and plainly decide if our working together would be mutually beneficial. In other words, see if we want to dance.

From a holistic approach to wellness and health, I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does your diet impact stress in your life? Does lack of sleep prevent you from exercising? Does your sugar intake negatively impact your brain health? Are you eating right while being on the go? How do the foods we prepare for our children impact their performance at school?
Working together, we will examine how lifestyle choices affect your health and what changes can positively impact you going forward.
