About

Welcome!

Want a healthier life?  A question I asked myself after facing my own personal health challenge.  Being engaged in a struggle, prompts the questions of why, how it occurred, and what is next to prevent this from reoccurring in the future.  All good question, but not questions that are necessarily addressed in conventional medicine.  Seeking answers, understanding that something needed to change to ensure a healthy future gave birth to my focus on health, nutrition and wellness.

From a holistic approach to wellness and health, I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does your diet impact stress in your life? Are you a caregiver for an elderly parent or spouse and experiencing the stress, health problems and challenges associated with care-giving? Are you providing the necessary environment to maintain a healthy brain? Does lack of sleep prevent you from exercising? Does your sugar intake negatively impact your brain health? Are you eating right while being on the go? How do the foods we prepare for our children impact their performance at school?

I believe that the proper approach, to wellness and health starts with an understanding of how your lifestyle, exercise attitude and nutrition choices integrate and set the stage for your total health.  As a Master Certified Health Coach, I work in concert with you to understand the simple steps and overall process that will help you take charge of your health and achieve optimal wellness. Ultimately, the plan is yours.
